Seller information

The store is owned and operated by a merchant registered in the commercial register and holding a tax card; both numbers appear at the bottom of every page of the store, in compliance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

Prices and tax

• All prices are in Egyptian pounds and include value-added tax.
• The final price — including delivery and any cash-on-delivery fee — is shown clearly before you confirm the order.
• The order price is frozen at the moment the order is placed and is not affected by later changes.

Orders and confirmation

• We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order before shipping.
• The store may cancel an order that cannot be confirmed after repeated attempts.
• An order-received message is not final acceptance of the order until it is confirmed.

Payment

• Card payments are processed by a licensed payment gateway; we never see your card details.
• Cash on delivery is available within published value limits, and a service fee may apply — always shown before confirmation.
• The parcel is not opened before payment.

Shipping and delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and vary by governorate.
• Orders are delivered to the registered address; make sure your details are correct and your mobile is reachable.
• If delivery fails after repeated attempts the order may be returned and handled under the store's policy.

Exchange and returns

Exchanges are governed by the Exchange Policy published in the store (exchange within 48 hours of delivery, with a permanent exception for manufacturing defects). This policy does not affect your statutory right to return distance purchases within 14 days under the Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

Accounts and acceptable use

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• Using the store in any unlawful way, or in a way that harms its operation or its users, is prohibited.
• The store may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

The store takes care to present products and prices accurately; its liability for any error is limited to correcting it or refunding the affected order as the law provides.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
